Bring the cake. Outside food isn't allowed in the park generally, but birthday cake for a booked party is the exception.
How the timing works. Your tables are yours for 90 minutes from the booked start, and need to be clear after that so the next party can be set up. The jump passes are not limited to those 90 minutes — everyone keeps their pass for its full length, so the party carries on in the park long after the pizza is finished.
The birthday child is free and there is no charge for non-participants but if you might want to add more pizza and soda to your order!

How far in advance should I book?
Three to four weeks, although you can book up to 48 hours in advance depending on availability. Weekday parties can often be booked with very little notice.
How many adults can come?
Parents and guardians accompanying party guests are welcome. Non-participant party guests are no charge but must have a waiver on file.
What if my headcount changes?
Additional persons beyond your booking total are charged $30/person. If you have excess wristbands after all your guests arrive you can share them with others at your discretion.
Do you do the invitations?
Yes — digital invitations with the date, time, address and a direct link to the waiver, so parents arrive with it already signed. This keeps everyone moving quickly through the desk check-in.
Can we decorate?
Bring what you like for your table, with two exceptions: no confetti and no piñatas.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?
A deposit confirms your date and comes off the final balance, due on the date of the event. Rescheduling within 72 hours of your date is fine. Call if something unexpected happens — we're reasonable.
