Book an evening for your school, team, church or nonprofit and we donate a share of every admission straight back to you.
It's the simplest fundraiser there is. You promote the date to your families; they come and jump; we count the admissions and give you a check. No inventory to sell, no order forms, no boxes of chocolate in somebody's garage.
We want to share in your success and support local groups.
How it works

- A dedicated evening slot, promoted by you
- Promote your event and we will also promote your event
- Host your event and be present for any drawings or other event related activity you would like to offer
- Receive a report and a check.
- No cost to your organization and no minimum guarantee
- Runs alongside a normal public session, so no one loses out
- Cafe sales can be included in the share by arrangement but membership redemptions are not included in attendance counts.
- Percentage will be lower for a weekend event than a weekday event but we can discuss what date would serve your organization best.
Who this works for: PTAs and PTOs, booster clubs, band and choir programs, robotics and academic teams, scout troops, youth ministries, animal rescues, and small nonprofits without a big events budget.

What percentage do you donate?
We will establish an amount before your event with a signed contract.
Does it cost us anything?
No. There's no booking fee, no minimum, and no penalty if turnout is lower than hoped. We want to see you succeed.
How do you know who came for us?
We will include everyone who checks in without making them establish whether they are specifically for your group. The only exceptions are members redeeming their membership and events booked in advance.
Can we run more than one?
Of course. We will run as many events as we can agree are likely to be successful for your group.
Do you help promote it?
Yes. Promotion from Cool Springz will be placed on all social media channels and the website in the days leading up to your event. We can discuss how your event can be promoted by both our organizations to maximize success.
