What group sizes do you handle?
From about ten people up to two hundred. Above roughly forty we'd usually recommend a private buyout so you're not sharing the floor with birthday parties.
Can we have the park exclusively?
Yes. Private buyouts run outside public hours — weekday mornings, or evenings after 8pm. Pricing depends on headcount and duration.
Is this suitable for a mixed-fitness team?
Yes, and that's part of the appeal. The arcade, cafe and climbing walls give people who don't want to jump something real to do, so nobody's standing awkwardly at the edge.
Can we bring our own caterer?
For a private buyout, yes. During public hours, catering runs through Jumpin' Jax Cafe.
Do you invoice?
Yes. We accept purchase orders and issue invoices with standard terms. A W-9 is available on request.
What about liability and waivers?
Every attendee signs a waiver, jumping or not. We send one link for your whole group and report who's outstanding. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
