Most field trips fall apart on paperwork and logistics, not on the day itself. So here is how ours work: you get a published per-student rate, a single invoice, waivers sent to parents in one link, and a bus space at the front door.
Weekday mornings from 9:00am are reserved for school groups by booking only, September through May. The park isn't open to the public then, so it's your class and nobody else's.

Teachers: what to send your office. Ask us for the field trip one-pager — a single PDF with per-student pricing, the W-9, our certificate of insurance, chaperone ratios and bus directions. It's what most school offices need to approve the trip in one pass.

What ages is this suitable for?
Pre-K through high school. The small kids area handles the youngest classes, and older students generally want laser tag and the ninja course. Tell us the year group and we'll plan the rotation.
How do you handle waivers for a whole class?
We send you one link. You forward it to parents. Every signature lands in our system and we tell you who's outstanding before the day. Nobody hands you sixty pieces of paper.
Can we pay by purchase order?
Yes. We accept POs and issue invoices, and we'll provide a W-9 and certificate of insurance on request. Public, charter and private schools all book this way.
What's the chaperone ratio?
One free adult place per ten students. Additional chaperones are welcome at a reduced rate. Chaperones need a signed waiver whether they're jumping or not.
How long is a field trip session?
Most classes book two hours, which is enough for a full rotation plus time to eat. Longer blocks are available if you're travelling a distance.
Can we bring packed lunches?
Yes for school groups — we'll set aside table space. Jumpin' Jax Cafe can also cater the group if you'd rather not deal with it.
