It depends on the day and how long you're staying. Monday to Friday: Half Day Pass $18.99 for every participant, or a Day Pass at $18.99 for a Little (48 inches and under) and $24.99 for a Tall (over 48 inches, adults included). Saturday and Sunday: Half Day Pass $22.99, or a Day Pass at $22.99 for a Little and $28.99 for a Tall. Children under 2 are free with a paying adult. Prices exclude New Mexico gross receipts tax, and grip socks are sold separately.

Yes — every pass is $4 less Monday to Friday than at the weekend, and the park is much quieter. If you have any flexibility at all, come midweek.

A Half Day Pass buys one of two windows, split at 4pm: open until 4pm or 4:00pm – close. It's a single flat price for every participant whatever their height. A Day Pass runs from arrival until close and is priced at the 48-inch line. Both include every attraction. Two things worth knowing: a Little's Day Pass costs the same as a Half Day Pass, so under-48-inch jumpers should always take the full day; and for a Tall the upgrade is only $6.

At 4pm, every day. The early window is Open – 4:00pm. The late window is 4:00pm – close.

Monday to Friday, 12:00pm to 8:00pm. Saturday and Sunday, 10:00am to 8:00pm. Every day of the week. Last entry is 45 minutes before close. Holiday and school-break hours often differ. Check this website; other listings may be out of date.

Yes — everyone entering the park needs one, jumping or not. A parent or legal guardian must sign for anyone under 18. Doing it online before you arrive saves time checking in at the desk.

Grip socks are required on the trampolines.

Yes. All attractions are covered by a standard day pass. The only things bought separately are arcade credits and food.

Yes, at the same price as any jumper over 48 inches. Trampolining is real cardio and considerably kinder to your knees than running.

Yes. Spectators don't pay admission but still need a signed waiver to be in the park. Seating is availalbe in the lobby and also in the center of the arena so you can always see your kids. There's free Wi-Fi if you're working.

No, with one exception: birthday cake for a booked party. Jumpin' Jax Cafe covers everything else. School groups with packed lunches are also fine — tell us in advance and we'll set aside tables.

Yes, and they're our most-booked product. Packages can accommodate any size group small or large and can be customized to suit your vision.

Yes, on reserved weekday mornings from 9:00am, September to May, minimum 25 students. We handle bus parking, bulk digital waivers, purchase orders and a W-9.

No minimum age, but the small kids area is reserved for jumpers under 48 inches so toddlers aren't sharing space with teenagers. Lights Out, when it launches, will be ages 12 and up only.

The entrance, main floor, cafe and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. If you'd like to talk through specific needs before you visit, call us — we'd rather plan than improvise.

Yes, monthly: music off, house lights up, capacity capped, arcade muted and a staffed quiet room. Same price as any other session, and open to anyone who finds loud, crowded spaces difficult.

Standard sessions are one hour. Longer blocks and all-day passes are available on school holidays and during breaks.

Yes, and it's 10% cheaper than buying at the desk. Online passes aren't tied to a date or a time slot — buy whenever, redeem whenever. Your Half Day or Day Pass applies to the day you redeem it, not the day you bought it.

Military, first responders, teachers and nurses receive a standing discount with valid ID. Members get early entry and cafe discounts. Groups of 15 or more get group rates.

Two. Weekday is $24.99 a month, valid Monday to Friday only. Anytime is $33.99 a month and covers every day we're open. Both are billed monthly, and additional children in the same household join at 20% off on Weekday or 15% off on Anytime. Worth knowing: a Weekday membership costs about the same per month as one Tall weekday Day Pass.

Yes — just ask. You won't be billed again. The month you've already paid for runs to its end and isn't refunded.

Sessions can be rescheduled with notice. If something goes wrong on a visit, come and talk to us at the desk before you leave — we'd much rather fix it in person than read about it later.
